Newly installed MoonOS on 3rd Partition on Panasonic CF-48 Laptop. Didn't Like the LXDE Desktop so I installed and configured XFCE. Got a Horizontal Conky going with a Cairo Dock.

For some reason I think this desktop background is incredibly beautiful. I found it, I don't remember where and I put it on my netbook (which runs Zenwalk obviously)

Also, IceWM is really cool

This is my Crux "system" desktop, using openbox. The other three desktops are similar but with different buttonbars. The picture is of my Jack Russell, Roger.

Maybe you should set the background up so that it is scaled to fit your screen. Would look better. I never did like the tiled setting much unless things fit together well enough that you didn't notice.

Blame the forum software! I uploaded a desk-sized image but it got shrunk in transmission.

@lazydog. I originally tried it full screen but somehow didn't like it. It looked too much like those pictures of animals you get on the bottom of a tea tray. Then I tried tiling it and I got that off-centre tiled effect, which I rather like. Chacun a son gout!
