Microsoft Gearing up for layoffs
- 12-27-2008 #2
that's actually not a good thing. its like the writer was saying, people who work at Microsoft have families to support too.
Microsoft isn't evil, they just make really crappy operating systems.

I believe they 'll manage to get hired pretty soon and in good jobs.

I don't like this either. They have families to support and food to put on the table. I also don't like Microsoft being in bad shape. Let's face it, competition is good and it is one of the reasons that Linux build teams work so hard on their respective distros. I realize that the competition of over 500 distros serves as incentive for build teams to put forth their best; not to mention the sole fact that Linux build teams are more dedicated to their products then the build team at Microsoft.
Regardless, competition does so much good for the market and the products which it consists of....
Ahhhh screw it!! This is awesome!! Let Linux reign supreme!!

HEHEH
If you're gonna dream, dream big. You do realize that MS could stop selling any products whatsoever and still have money in the bank 100 years from now right?

Yeah they might have layoffs, but that doesn't mean MS is in trouble. I don't think we'll ever see the end of MS, whether it's good or bad.
