" Righteous Kill " staring DeNiro and Pacino was disappointing. Vin Diesel in Babylon A.D. was also disappointing. "I am Legend" is not a movie to see when you are depressed but this is just a guess. It's just a good story that's told really well. I was glad to see it won some awards at the Golden Globes the other night. I wasn't expecting that considering it wasn't widely advertised/released.

From the opening credits my attention was captured. Kevin Bacon does a good job in this film which is full of great special effects.
