    Ok, so this isn't exactly a "joke", but it is a parody (which I guess is kinda a joke) This was inspired by Justin Timberlake's "cry me a river", except the lyrics were rewritten to be geeky/Helpdesk-y

    ok...can't post a link, not enough posts (long time reader, just not poster).

    BUT, if you go to youtube and search for 'open a ticket' it should be the first hit you get (it'll say "Open a ticket Helpdesk Anthem")

    This one I could understand as well.
    It's really good but you have to know about linux to understand it. (I couldn't explain it to my parents)
