You should be able to learn about Linux with any distribution although some will force you to learn more about it than others, such as the following examples:
arch
crux
debian
gentoo
slackwareoz

You might want to try some of the BSDs.

choose PC BSD 7.0.2 but i want to its working same like a HP-UX, AIX or a unixware.
