1. How do i start use Linux for OS like win xp ?
2. What the application same like win office ?
3. Guide me also any freesite downloading the step guidance?

The most popular alternative to MS Office, is OpenOffice. It comes pre-installed with most Linux distributions. It is free and you can also use it in your windows PCs.
A good place to start is trying the 10 most popular Linux distributions, as they are listed on Distorwatch, to see which one you like more. Personally, I use Ubuntu and find it very easy to use. I also use Fedora and OpenSuse from time to time.
