    Chrome...WHAT'S TAKING SO LONG!?

    So my question is clear...

    what the heck is taking so long in getting Google Chrome in Linux...it's built on open source, the release on Windows was months ago...I've seen some comparisons and it seems like there is potential....so....WHAT IS TAKING SO LONG!?

    Google claims to not be evil yet they release their software on a horrible OS months before they release it on Linux which is..I'd like to think "friendlier" than Microsoft.

    On a side note, has anyone checked out the new search engine cuil? It seems like it's getting much better

    Why want chrome when there are a bajillion other web browsers that are actually better?

    Its about choice isn't it? I like it because its fast and feel light on resources. I am not sure how well it will run on Linux because they have decided to use gtk2 for the Linux version.
