    Hi there, people

    So I'm new here, pretty much new to linux, and... yeah, hi.

    I already started a thread with a help request (surprise surprise, eh?) but then read the welcome email, and so found myself here. Hopefully it won't be too long before I'm up and running, posting something other than a wordy form of 'help!', and maybe in time I can even offer some assistance to newcomers.

    Welcome to the forums Don't worry....the first month or two is the hardest and you'll probably post a ton, after that, it's all downhill (well....most of the time )
