Post [SOLVED] Trivia time: name this quote

Somewhere, in some linux database programming book, in a galaxy far, far away, I came across this quote: “In order to build a tower of empty beer cans 10-cans high, you need 10 empty beer cans, a flat, level surface, and a steady hand. In order to build a tower 100 times as high you need more than just 100 times as many cans; you need an entirely different methodology.” Does anyone know who it's by?
