Best Home Server Distro
Now I know that we are not supposed to start "what is the best distro for my desktop" forums, as there are many, but I don't recall any fourms about what was the best distro for a home server.
I have an old p3 computer running at 1GHz, .5GB of RAM, a 20 and a 40 GB hard drive. I would like to set it up as a simple web/NFS/SSH server.
What distros are, in your opinions, the best for this task?

It's not a million miles away from the spec of my server (2x1GB P3's, 1GB memory, but huge hard disks...) The best distro for my server is CentOS. The one you choose may be different. But Debian should also be on your shortlist...
