Time Changes
Did you all remember to set your clocks according to your locale? I usually do not change my clocks until I wake on Sunday morning, just a quirk of mine.
I usually don't get my internal clock adjusted for a few days, it's nice to have all the extra daylight and whatnot, but man it's such a drag to adjust to. But on the other hand my job as a Delivery person gets easier at this time of the year because I have more daylight to find the correct addresses.
Anyone else have an opinion on Daylight Savings Time?(DST)I do not respond to private messages asking for Linux help, Please keep it on the forums only.

I changed mine at 2 am this morning so that I'd wake up with all clocks set correctly.
Otherwise, I wish they'd leave the clocks set one way, or the other. I don't like the idea of having to change it twice each year and never have. It takes me a few weeks each time to adjust. It's almost enough to make me want to move to one of the states that don't observe daylight savings time.oz

I hate to get up when it's still dark in the wintertime and I love the long days during summertime -- so yes, I am a DST-Fan!

And then they had to change the dates the time changed. I have a couple of atomic clocks that became obsolete because they change on the wrong day.
The wife was almost late to work once and early once because they can't leave well enough alone. As chief tech geek in the house, I heard about that.

I have always felt that the " spring forward-fall back " clock changing was just more societal nonsense that everyone had to put up with. I have to change all of my clocks to coincide with everyone else; but I really wish that the practice would just go away.

If it was up to me, the entire world would be on the same 24 hour clock. UTC/Greenvich time is just fine. I don't mean that we'd all wake up and go to bed at the same time. We'd still have our days with the sun and sleep when it's dark. But my morning might start at 21 hrs and yours might start at 7. Governments can standardize what the business hours are for their region. But at least, if it's 5 o'clock here, it's 5 o'clock everywhere. No time zones and definitely no daylight savings.

Relatives in Arizona don't have to deal with this, but unfortunately I do. I look forward to when Artesia becomes the evil overlord of the universe. (just don't mess with my helmet laws Artesia)

"I'm bored, let's change the time."
Thankfully it was put to the vote and common sense prevailed; there is no random clock fiddling here.
