Weekend Activities, or "Site's not dead."

I know there's at least a couple of you out there that care, so I thought it necessary to mention that I haven't killed Techiemoe.com. I just haven't done any rants lately and haven't seen a release that can motivate me to do it on top of other things going on in my life right now. I actually had a weekend not full to the brim with obligations this time, but I didn't do any ranting. My excuse? I blame Magic.

My little brother showed up at my doorstep Saturday night with a box full of Magic: The Gathering cards and I spent the rest of the weekend sorting through them and playing games with him. He apparently bought it off a friend of his who was trying to get rid of them. He paid $10. It was a huge box. There's probably 800-1,000 cards in it. We won't have to buy a pack for years. Our cards night just got much more interesting.

I never really got into trading card games. But I gotta give a tip o' the hat to Magic. They been around alot longer than any of the other copy-cat types that came after.

    Have fun, Moe!
