    Spreading the open source word

A friend of mine is writing a book on producing films, and I wrote a side bar in it about using free and open source apps in film making. It's only a page or two, but it's out there.

If you're interested, the book is called "Produce Your Own Damn Movie" by Lloyd Kaufman. He's the guy that directed the Toxic Avenger, Terror Firmer, Class of Nuke 'em High, etc. You can pre-order it on amazon.

Like I said, there's only going to be a page or 2 about open source apps (or computers in general, for that matter), so it's probably not worth buying unless you plan on producing your own (damn) movie. But, it's out there atleast.
