    Hi all

    Hi,

    I'm Adam,

    I have joined your forums insearch of some advice to help me migrate from Vista to Ubuntu. I have been teaching myself C++ for 3 months now and want to make the move over to Linux because Vista is just too slow.

    I have an upgraded Acer M3640 (Nvidia GeoForce 8600GS graphics card, Just over a TB of hard drive space (Used to anyway), 3GB of ram and Intel quad core processor) with 2 Samsung Syncmaster T200

    I hope my stay is enjoyable,

    It's really slow. But I'm writing these things on Vista right now.
