Well, then I suppose it depends upon your definition of "many". My niece and her husband were married quite a number of years before their first, my grand niece Sofia. Then they had Elia - two bright, beautiful girls. As a result, my grandaughter (going on 20) is considerably older than my grandniece, even though my daughter is 10 years younger than my niece, and I'm 5 years younger than my sister.

Yeah. That's not a plummet. That's a hop. A plummet would be if $1,200 sq/ft came down to something more in line with Texas prices, somewhere around $60 sq/ft. Of course, things are different in New York. Not necessarily better, but different.
