    i have several friends that use it as a server (most fps servers) i gave them all redhat 9 disks (3 of them), a few freinds just wanted it as a desktop (bout 2), and my old girl friend, i turned both my parents onto it, 3 uncles, and my sister...

    so thats... 12 people that ive showed and i knew a few people who already used it so, in total proly 20+ people

    but i'm soon to convert my brother and friend (as i think i've found the solution they've been looking for, for gaming....wine--or cedega--might be good enough)

    so far, only 1 person uses it on a desktop, but i know several that use it on servers. the one guy i know i converted by installing ubuntu on his desktop. fortunately, he had an amd64+nvidia setup, so it ran great with 3d acceleration, and he owned doom3, so he could play something on linux. Now, hes joined our colleges linux user group, and wants to try a gentoo install

    My sister (I talked her into it) one at my class in my current school and one old friend from my prev. school (He was building linux from scratch last time I talked with him).
