Today the Internet informed me of the plight of teenager Ashton Lundeby and his family over his home computer. It is a story unbelievable enough to make this grown man cry.

The kid's life is over and done with!! From now on his life is going consist of nothing but ordeals to cope with.

In the UK we have a Terrorism Act that gives the police extra stop-and-search powers. It has now been found out that in London, the police are stopping people every three minutes under this act. They haven't found a single terrorist yet! Why does the word "terrorist" cause everybody to go bananas?

At the Staten Island Ferry terminal in lower Manhattan there are cops and bomb sniffing dogs all over the place but outside the building people sell drugs, pills, pirated music and videos and bootleg cigarettes. It is just very funny to look at but sad at the same time.

No child should be subjected to what this kid is now experiencing!!

Most notably, this is not the civil rights violation case it has been hyped up to be. Ashton has an attorney and has appeared in court. The lack of good info from this case is resultant of the defendant being a minor and federal gag order.

Is it possible his IP was spoofed and he's totally innocent? With the limited info we have, yes. It could be the other end too. There are just too few facts available too jump in the middle, but it is something to keep a watch on, for whatever reliable info can be had.
