    Funny, I had one of those

    I bought it as a kit, yet it came assembled and I got the 16K memory module.

    That was back in 82 and when I plugged it in and turned the TV I got a blinking line, I sat there and said to myself "Self, now what".

    I spent a year working with that, actually wrote a shooting game (the only thing I could think of to create and force me to learn), I modified a cassette recorder (yep that was how you stored the program on an audio cassette @105 baud) and actually built a full size key board for it.

    Now you'd think what was learned (that version of basic) may not be uasble today, well you'd be wrong, I actually program PLC by a company call Comfile (I think I can't post an active link, just search $38 for a 16 IO 4K memory with 2 analog inputs and 3 outputs programed in a basic format and FREE software).

    WOW this caused a flash back
