    Yet Another Newbee!

    Hi Everyone.
My name is Chris, I live in Bletchley, Milton Keynes and I have just started with Linux. Am finding it all a bit confusing at the moment, but am determined to get to grips with it as I am thoroughly fed up with Windows and do not want to use it any more.
Have been looking round the forum and there is a lot of helpful stuff so will be doing a lot of reading!

Looking forward to being part of the community.
    Kind Regards
    Chris

Welcome Chris. I learn a lot just by reading answers to other people's problems that I know nothing about.

Remember go slow and steady one baby step at a time . Linux is gonna test your patience a bit so don't get frustrated and give up.

    Hallo and welcome!
Don't worry - it's more than normal that at the beginning all seems to be a bit confusing. You'll see reading at the beginning will make it worse. Trying out instead will help to understand and you'll like it.

    Hi,
Many thanks for the kind words and advise. I'm sure I'll be bugging people with silly questions quite soon.
    Kind Regards
    Chris
