    Yep. Not so much because I can't figure things out, but because there are usually extra steps or concepts to work around. Even silly stuff like WGA or antivirus. When something's working I don't want to mess with it. I've had several occasions where people complain their performance is terrible and it's all down to antivirus. But because they're not very advanced users I can't go telling them to remove the antivirus - it's there for their protection!

    Also, people who've lost the original install disc but have a genuine copy of Windows. The system is destroyed with malware and the remnants of hundreds of installs over the past five years. What it really needs is a reinstall, but without the original disc I'd have to resort to piracy - even though the machine is licensed. How the hell does that work?!
