Can I use Fedora for RHCE preparation & book for RHCE?

    Dear Linux Friends,

I have 2 questions to ask you.

    1. I am going to prepare for RHCE. Can I prepare for RHCE on Fedora 11 (Leonidas) box which I am currently using? I was suggested CentOS. I guess I had no problem preparing for RH-033 module on Fedora. I would like to know your opinions on Fedora 11 too and possible problems that I may face in studying higher modules (153 & RH253). Please post your views.

    2. Please suggest me a good book for RHCE preparation(I know its practical exam, but still I would like to have a good book for RHCE preparation).

    Thanks.

I wouldn't recommend Fedora for RHCE prep since it has a lot of differences from RHEL / CentOS. However, there is no reason why you cannot run CentOS in a VM on Fedora. Have you tried that?

Sorry, but I don't have any recommendations about RHCE study guides and exam prep books.
Sometimes, real fast is almost as good as real time.
Just remember, Semper Gumbi - always be flexible!
