Hello all!
Hey guys, I'm crimsonfire and I'm fairly new to the Linux world. Recently acquired Ubuntu but am now using Mint 7.
I'm Irish, originally from Dublin but have been living in Brisbane, Australia for 18 months now. I have a healthy interest in all things techy. Would be interested to learn about programming and coding as a hobby and thought this would be a good place to start.

Welcome. There is a forum for programming questions available. You can learn a lot reading old posts.

G’day Crimsonfire, My name is Tony, I’ve already been a member of this forum a few minutes ago. I heart you’re living in Brisbane. I came back from Brisbane 7 months ago. What’s the weather like now? Good to see you here mate.

Hallo Crimsinfire, welcome, does your name mean something?
I am computerophil (that is best description of myself in one word: I am a friend of computers but I don't see myself as an expert)
