I can still run CRUX and Ubuntu while Google Chrome OS is out there as another player on the field.     I agree with Dan and coopstah13, I'll just keep using my distro of choice unless I hear so many good things about Chrome that I simply must try it. It's just another distro, it isn't going to secretly invade your hard dives or anything.

    As far as I can see this OS will be designed to use in combination with cloud computing.
    So i am very curious about what applications they will offer in their repositories.
    There goal is to enable a user to go to the internet within seconds from start-up.
    Personally that is not my goal, I need my netbook mostly for other things, working off-line, so I think I stick to a broader distro.
