    G'day Linux Forums

    Hello there.

    Hi i'm Gary from Cambridgeshire in sunny (yeah right) England.

    I been using linux in some form since around 2005. Started with fedora1 if i remember correctly. Spent around 2007-2009 in Arch Linux land. It is a great distro, but with work being busier than ever I needed an OS that was not such a moving target and a Slacker I became. I find myself here because slackware seems to have no official forums and I must say I am impressed with the linux forums how I have never had much input here before I shall never know. Anyhow you'll find many of my posts (mostly useless no doubt) on the Arch forums.

    Here's to my next five years with linux with Slackware and the Linux forums
