Below is my first question:
I have an old PC, and running windows 2K on it, and want to install Linux for study, so which Linux distribution is the best choice?

Howdy and Welcome Sam. I would suggest Main Page - antiX
There is a thread here on the forum for installing Linux on weaker hardware. The search box up top is a great tool for finding previous threads dealing with this subject. Have fun.Linux Registered User # 475019

Welcome. I also recommend AntiX. It won't run on any of my K6's, but runs well on any i686.
