    Internet Advertising Privacy

    Although I do not like ads on the Internet I understand that they help to pay the bills of a website. I also do not like information being gathered about my habits through the use of supermarket cards or my ISP or the websites that I visit.

    You would be think that I would have been happy to read the article linked below but instead it just makes me nervous!!

    I think the only way this sort of thing would work is if there is a positive benefit for companies/websites doing the right thing ...

    ... it would be nice to force ISP's to reveal their activities, packet monitoring and data collection ... but who would pay to police this sort of thing?
