    Demoronizer: Corrects MS induced incompatibilities in HTML

    I just happened to run across this while following links from the Cathedral and the Bazaar. I've seen some articles in various places (including here) that print said "<?>" in place of characters and thought this might be a helpful little utility. It's a perl script, so it should run for everyone.
