    Staten Island Dum Dum of the Day!!

    I have been saying for years that the tap water on Staten Island is so full of chemicals that people have taken leave of their senses.

    I read an article today that bolsters that theory. No sane person does this:

    I agree, something is missing from the story here. But on another topic, $5,000 per pound of wacki weed? That's classic detective work right there.
