xkcd is the only web only comic I read. I follow Dilbert, Garfield and Calvin and Hobbes online though.

I have a handful of webcomics I look at on a regular basis, but I guess I'll start with the only one that's Linux-related:
Hackles Cartoon Archive
It's no longer updated, but I found it funny. There's one strip about Emacs and VI that I found very amusing.
On a daily basis, I tend to look at:
S*P and Other Comics
Joe Loves Crappy Movies
The PC Weenies. Tech Webcomics for Geeks, and the People Who Tolerate 'Em.
Penny Arcade! - Tycho Brahe, Ornithologist
xkcd - A Webcomic - Nowhere
Dueling Analogs - Gaming Webcomic
VG Cats - Not affiliated with VG Birds
F@NB0Y$ - Better Than [insert name of game] updates M and F
The Joy of Tech comic... laughter is the best tech support.Registered Linux user #270181
TechieMoe's Tech Rants

xkcd is a fun one, though enjoy his comic "Fight" and "Parking".

I ususally read
Garfield
Dilbert
User Friendly
Cyanide & Happiniess (warning often gross as well as funny)
The Mows
Being Five
Saturday Morning Breakfast Cereal (Ironically it's daily!)
and of course
XKCDIf we hit that bullseye, the rest of the dominoes will fall like a house of cards. Checkmate! (Zapp Brannigan)
My new blog. It's probably not as good as I think it is.

Not everyone will be into OOTS (but hey, a bunch of geeks might just like it
)
Order of the Stick
And yeah, I just gave myself away as a DnD player

Cyanide & Happiness
Blank-It
And, of course, the obligatory answer of xkcd, which I just started following, and am in the process of reading in its entirety.

I absolutely love Cyanide & Happiness so I'm glad to see some of you guys do too
I've preordered their new book.
I also love Dinosaur Comics.
Another is Amazing Superpowers. I sometimes read Joe Loves Crappy Movies (when it's updated), Basic Instructions and Buttersafe. I'm feeling quite lazy about linking them, particularly because they're hit or miss.
