Unbuntu.....

I'm brand new to this site.......
I'm taking a class, (via the Internet), that has us using Unbuntu to do some problems, anddd, I'm having problems with it. (I have little to no Linux/Unbuntu experience). The teacher won't answer most of the e-mails that several of the students, (myself included), have sent him.
I was wondering if there is a place on here where I would be able to post some problems that average 15 steps, and have somebody walk me through them?
I'm going to guess not........which brings me to my next question......whether somebody would be willing to walk me through it step by step via another avenue.....e-mail?

Your best option is to post any individual problems that you have and someone may try to help you solve them
