| Yea yea, solman66 got it. Nothing with mass can travel the speed of light. To push any mass from 0.99c to c, would take more energy than is available in the universe.
However, supposing one could travel the speed of light, everything behind you is black. And you couldn't step forward, or breathe for that matter. Light would not travel forward faster than the flashlight, regardless, anyone in front of the flashlight couldn't see the flashlight, everything behind them would be completely black.
