    An ISP here in Australia has been taken to court over copyright infringement for allowing users to use Bit Torrent.

    Linux came up as one of the legal reasons someone may use Bit Torrent.

    This is, in all actuality, considered "old news". There have been tons of cases against Torrent sites and they all fall off the table. There was a recent case against ThePirateBay and because the site is still going strong, the charges were either dropped or the guys at TPB won. (I didn't see the end)

    Then there's Linux, how many times have we heard that Linux was going to court? Once again, the judge(s) either laughed in the face of the opposing party or awarded Linux the win.
