KDE Panel Bar for Windows XP

So, I'm going to start off saying I love KDE. But I have a problem - the things I do require me to use Windows, and I'm pretty sure my computer can't handle a virtual machine.

I've pimped out my computer with tons of software, hacks, etc. And while XP is great for customization and compatibility, there's one thing from Linux that I can't help but drool over: the KDE Panel Bar. A billion times better than the Windows task bar, if you ask me. Unfortunately, no one has as of yet attempted to make a clone of this for Windows.

That's what I'd like to ask of you guys - to make a KDE panel bar clone for XP. And if you don't include a couple widgets for it I'll rip your head off, kick you down the stairs 300-style and tell you to fix it (don't be offended, that's just my sense of humor).

Oh, and seeing as how this is Linux for god's sake, I don't think I should have to ask to make it shareware?

    Welcome to the forums!

It looks like you can get a version of KDE for Windows here:

    Projects/KDE on Windows/Installation - KDE TechBase

I've never tried it so can't speak on how well it works. Hopefully it will have the panel that you seek.

Is this used for installing KDE4 on my computer or getting Windows-compatible applications from KDE4?
