The cool thing is, all those 2d sidescrollers games now run great on my Palm. R-Type for Palm is great!

Adventures all the way!!!!!!!

No running, no shutting, no weird noises.
Sit for an hour wondering what do I do with this tiny orange dead-earth-worm looking thingy that my inventory refers to as a big bucket of hot sauce LOL
But of course! I must use it on a policemen down the street to make him look like a giant mutant-tomato (don't ask me why, cos I don't know )

Dear user,

You have violated the low No 13673641283 a.k.a. disrespect to a police officer.
Please wait while we call the closest police department to come and arrest you.

Thank you for playing Police Quest 8

RPGs are my favorite, though I love the Gran Tourismo series. I can't wait for GT4...I need online racing. Time to start conditioning on GT3, though....

I also love old school games - I have the NES hooked up in the living room - and things on Linux like chromium and frozen-bubble.

I think the fps and the Rpg games dominate the industry, there both good, really good.

FPS, I'm a Quake III addict, which is one of the reasons I was comfortable with switching to linux =).

I would really like to split my vote between the fps and fantasy, depending on the mood. Too many great games to mention but all time fave would probably be System Shock 2.

Other - All of the above

I dont like a specific game genre, i like games.
if the game is good and captivates me, then i'll wast many hours of my life plaing it. If it's bad, then I won't give it a second look, it will end it's days in the bottom of an old dusty drawer.

FPS is my favourite genre,it might be quite a shallow-esque genre but it packs in a lot all the same, and apparently people who play this type of game are evil if a certain newspaper was to be believed.. :P
