Looking for some help - please..

To make a long story short, i spent 3/4 of this term in the hospital due to a broken clavicle and surgery's i had to go through, and missed 70% of my class lectures.

I need some help answering some very very simple questions for my review guide so that i can properly study for the final which is tomorrow. If anyone can take a couple minutes to help out, that would greatly be appreciated.

Sucks to have to resort to this - but i just got back out of my sling 4 days ago, and been trying to catch up on all my classes sucks.
