Hello... New guy.
Let me introduce myself. My name is Adam, and I have been a Linux user for a couple of years now... off and on... I would definitely consider myself green compared to most of you though.
I only know basic stuff. I know enough about computers to know how to reformat and repartition hard drives; run programs from terminal (not a lot though), and simple stuff like that, but once you start getting into compiling and stuff, I throw up my hands and surrender. I know what it is, essentially, but I just haven't learned anything complex like how to actually do it.
You may see I registered back in May, but that was just to ask a simple question about lagging online videos in Fedora...
I would like to learn as much and help as much as possible, so you'll probably see me around.
I'm in the midst of turning Debian (Lenny) into my OS mainstay.
