    I am wanting to learn how to program on Linux. I have existing knowledge of C++, and I will soon be learning C (didn't learn it before I learned C++). Does anyone here recommened any good books for programming on Linux?

    I do not know good general purpose books for this. Maybe some books about Posix system programming. Is there a domain you are especially interested in?
