Hello, I had success with this card so I thought I'd post this where someone might read it and go the same route as me. Last week, I installed Fedora 10 on an older IBM T23 Think Pad. No issues at all using the NetInst CD. I got all current updates for it, too. I surfed the Internet looking for a wireles USB adapter that might work and found the TP-LInk WN321G. Ordered it this past Sunday from Amazon.com for $9.95 plus shipping. It arrived yesterday and within a few minutes I was connected ! Here are the simple steps I took to get it working. Note that everything was done from the GUI and no driver or other software/firmware had to be installed. I booted up the T23 and then inserted the WN321G. Then .....

** System>>Preferences>>Internet and Network>>Network Connections
** The window that opened showed my existing wired connection - eth0
** I clicked the 'wireless' tab - there were no wireless entries
** Then clicked the 'add' button
** In the new window for wireless, I gave the connection a name (wlan0) left the little box that says connect automatically checked, and typed in the SSID of my wireless network (note: If you don't know this, the security and password or key, you need to get this from your router ahead of time)
** Then under wireless security which defaulted to 'None', I selected WPA & WPA2from the menu
** Then typed in the password.
** Clicked Ok or Apply and noticed the Network Manager Icon on top panel showed it was searching for my router.

In a few seconds, I was connected !! This TL-WN321G worked "out of the box"
