Hi all I am new and cant wait to get stuck in :-)
Hi all
i am new here so thought I would say hello.
Some background on myself.
I am 23 and started in IT at 17 as a computer operator, i then moved into Windows support at 19 and then worked my way up in my team to a VMware specialist. in 2009 I moved to work for a VMware partner in the UK who has recently been brought by an expanding US based company. Becoming a VCP and a 4th 5th line VMware partner consultant my interest in Linux grew, i can pretty much do anything in ESX and after having enough of rebuilding my Vista machine every month. I am now running Ubuntu and think it is brilliant.
I am never going to do back i think.
Thought I would join here to learn a little more about the Linux OS and server installs.
Look forward to discussing many things and helping out if I can as well.
Thanks
Phil
