I don't run Ubuntu, but I would imagine that since 3.6 is only a few days old, you may have to install it manually....

    Well I have FF3.6 installed, running quite nicely too I should add!

    But is it just me, I'm missing the little rotating thingy that tell me the webpage is loading?

    I honestly hadn't noticed until you said something. I searched around and apparently Firefox lost the "throbber" or activity icon around version 3.5. Now all the individual tabs have one on the left hand side. According to this post there's a way to get it back though:

    Thanks. OK now I know what it's called LOL. I guess throbber sounds better than thingy!
