    Can 32bit guest run on 64bit host?


    Hi folks,

    Windows Vista 32bit as guest (VM)
    Fedora12 64bit as host
    Virtualization software - KVM

    Can 32bit Windows Vista be installed and run on this box? TIA

    Yes, you can certainly run a virtual 32-bit OS on a 64-bit host. Depending on your CPU capabilities you can also run a 64-bit guest on a 64-bit host.
