I'm on and off (mostly off - like right now) with my avatar, but it's an upper-case letter "O" with a lower-case letter "z" in the middle of it. I'll let anyone interested take a guess on how it might have come about.

ok, here is a hint. My avatar is a semi-famous album cover from the '70s. Furthermore, the letters of the jpg file name form an anagram for the name of the album. The music is bizarre to say the least.

Anyway, Gumby was as close to the idea of rubberman that I could think of. If anyone has a better gestalt for my handle, I'd love to see it!

But seriously, I was previously using a "Powered by Gentoo" image that I really liked, but since I'm now on Ubuntu, I figured I should find an Ubuntu one.
