GNU/Linux Forever!
Not too recently a friend suggested to me to use Linux. After he recommended to me to use GNU/Linux I started noticing more and more things wrote about Linux and the Opensource movement on forums, or other websites.
I downloaded Xunbutu and gave it a try for myself. Several months, and a little more knowledge later (very little) I find myself here, and wanting to talk about how incredible GNU/Linux is. Just this morning I was talking to my girlfriend about GNU/Linux and how it was made for people like me (or us, in this matter). It was made for a community of people who believe knowledge should be free, and not dictated. It should not be held like a secret and stolen away from the public.
I have a lot of respect for the work of Richard Stallman and Linus Torvalds (and to you guys for being part of the GNU/Linux Community). It was them who made this possible, and to you guys (the community) for furthering that possibility.
-Just wanting to show my new found appreciation.-
Tec, Peace Out, Guys.~
