CompTia Linux + or RHCE ?

Hello whoever is reading this ,
I am planning to take a linux based certification exam by late may or early june .
I am stuck up between two choices Red hat certification or Comptia certification . What is the difference between the two and what are the major advantages and disadvantages as compared to each other ?
Which one will offer better job prospects in India ?
Which one is easier to crack ?
Which one holds much future value ?

    kindly let me know .
    thank you !

Well, they really aren't even in the same league.

The Linux+ exam is more of an entry level cert whereas the RHCE is more equivalent to the MCSE/MCSA in the windows world.

You can pass the Linux+ with 6 months to a year experience and you will need either a lot more experience with linux for the RHCE, or a lot more studying.

You will definitely get more job opportunities with the RHCE, but I would suggest both really. I have the Linux+ cert, and while entry level, has opened the door to many opportunities that wouldn't have been there without it. The RHCE would have gotten me more money with those opportunities though.
