    New guy - hello!

    Hi, my name is Dade (yes that's my real name) and I'm relatively new to Linux. I've recently become much more interested in linux, after becoming exasperated with virus issues on windows and such. I've messed around with Ubuntu and Fedora12 live cds and been quite impressed (haven't been able to get the installations to work yet though) so I hope I can make something permanent out of this.

    Thank you all for the warm welcome - I have indeed posted requesting aid for Fedora 12 installation in the RedHat/Fedora Forums, hopefully we can get this to work, at the risk of sounding cheesy I'm tickled at the potential I've seen in Linux
