    Normal network

    Hello all,

Right now I need to finish a project for my school but I have a problem. I need to figure out why the network is so slow. Normally that wouldn't be a problem if you have the network plans. But, as you can probably gues, they don't have it anymore. They lost it. Now is my question. Who is responsible for the network plans. I already called the guy who created it but he doesn't have it. And when he doesn't have it. Or the person who is in charge of it doesn't have the network plans, is there a posiblity to "accuse" him?

    Please tell me soon.

    Kind regards,

    André Boom

That is not the problem right now. I think there is a loop somewhere. But the primary problem is the responsibility of the network plans. I need to know who is responsible. Is it the builder, the owner or someone else.
