    Hooray for less debt!

My wife and I just paid off 2 out of our 3 collective credit cards for a grand total of around $8,000. We still have some debt to pay off (her remaining card and my student loans) but it's a huge victory nonetheless! Next month I pay off my car as well. I just thought I'd share my excitement with you. That is all.

Well, I have such a horror of getting into debt that I never had a credit card, or a mortgage either. Which means that I have no online credit record. Very awkward when you want to prove your identity.

Fair play to you Now, I'm always glad to hear about fiscal responsibility. I recently had someone ask how come I'm never broke if I don't have a credit card Contracts on your hard work and excellent result.

Congratulations. Paying $8000 must have taken a lot of effort and discipline.
