    Me, this is.

Hello my name is Scott and i'm new to linux but the more i play with it and learn the more i like it.

I'm currently enrolled in the local comunity college to get my certifications and the eventual goal is a job i don't hate going to. I am running Fedora core 12 due to the fact that the professor that is teaching the linux class decided to use it and i do like it. I run in Gnome not a huge fan of the KDE and have never even seen Xwindows.

And because i am impatent and didn't read all the emails this is actualy my second post.

    The Shameless Cavain,
    A.K.A Scott

Edit: I'm have usb wireless issues if you have any ideas please take a look, thanks

    1. All Linux GUI's run with X-Windows. Gnome, XFCE, KDE, et al are just layered on top of it.
    2. What USB wireless issues are you having? Post your problems + questions to the "Wireless Internet" forum for best responses.
    3. Impatience is not a positive trait if you are getting into computer systems engineering, programming, etc. A lot of stuff is instantaneous. A lot requires some time to consider, or solve. I have spent upon occasion some days debugging a problem in an enterprise class system.
Sometimes, real fast is almost as good as real time.
