Thieves stolen an ATM not cash
ATM with Rs 16 lakh stolen as guards slept
They will have plenty of time to break this ATM and get cash , at their workplace(?)

I can see the thieves doing something like a Tom Cruise in Mission Impossible when they ripped this thing off
Poor guards. Perhaps they were way too tired.

That happens quite often over here. Two banks in my local (very small) town have had their ATMs ripped out over the past three or four years

Here's a hilarious tale of thieves who tried to blow a bank door open, miscalculated the charge, and blew the whole bank down. Just the vault and ATM were left intact. They got zilch.
