For a start Hello everyone,I´m 21 years old,and i dont know what to say more about myself...So!
I´m using computers for aprox 10 years (im not braging just making a point).
At the beging i was just playing games, and other stupid stuff,so to make things shorter a little...
I learned a few stuff about it,actually a lot of stuff but a little piece of everything...
So...now i want to learn how to program (already have some experience with C++,basics calculator maker - so i stopped cuz i read from some guy that i am on wrong way,so i stopped and i am here).I read the best way to learn programing is by using easiest languages like perl, and to use linux/unix...
Already used Fedora,Ubuntu and i can say that i like them both...
So i would appreciate for few advices...
What version of linux/unix to use?
Where can i download drivers for devices (the main problem)?
Best language to start program with?
Best place for tutorials/books/tips&tricks for programing/linux-unix?
The guy i´m talking about also said the linux guys are willing to help
Sorry if i am boring, newbie or sound stupid and boring and newbie dont write anything ;D
For others tnx...

Hello and welcome!

You should probably use the distribution that you like best and are most familiar with, but you can always learn a bit more about Linux by seeing how other distros do things. Sometimes, you'll find that many of them aren't all that different from each other.
Python and Ruby are very popular right now, but there are several other languages worthy of consideration.
There are lots of free online tutorials and ebooks that can be found with a bit of googling. Here are some links to get you started:

Hey, hello and welcome, I'm new to this forum too !
If you like C++ learn C++ and don't listen other people, a lot of them think they know the best way but the best way doesn't exist, example : Lot of people say KDE are better than GNOME, more beautiful and functional, they say GNOME is for morron...
I prefer KDE too between some months but I don't say stupid thing like that because it's wrong. If you prefer GNOME enjoy GNOME... Same thing for programming, C/C++ are older langage but they are widely used, the Linux and Windows kernel are writen in C, don't forget that
.
And for your GNU/Linux distribution, like message, a lot of people will say : "Ubuntu are the Windows of the libre" BUT it's yet stupid and sterile. Use YOUR favorite distribution. If you don't have a favorite and If you're curious enjoy a lot of.
